Michael Litvin graduated from Cornell Law School and the University of California, Berkeley. He has lived in the Portland area since grade school and graduated from Beaverton’s Southridge High School in 2002.
Michael has been published in The Federal Lawyer and has presented on topics such as the preparation of effective representations and warranties in business purchase agreements. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in Oregon.
Michael enjoys helping clients solve problems and seize opportunities. He has a goal oriented approach with an ability to see the big picture as well as focus on important details. While he prefers building a consensus in a dispute, he is ready to zealously advocate for clients if a consensus does not exist. He is able to simplify complex issues and use focused statutory and case law research to the advantage of the firm’s clients.
Michael has counseled clients on a large variety of matters including: corporate and business law; mergers and acquisitions; litigation; employment law; executive compensation; intellectual property; tax; and, real estate.
Michael was born in Ukraine and speaks fluent Russian.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys fishing and hiking as well as watching soccer, basketball and ice hockey.
